Qiuli Cream

Overview

I make this Qiuli ointment for my baby to drink. Didn't add too much Luo Han Guo.

Wash the pears. Peel
Grind into puree
Put the ground red dates into the pot. Mangosteen
Bring to a boil over high heat. Let cool and filter the water through a thin cloth
After filtering, add the remaining pear water to the Sichuan clam powder and bring to a boil over high heat. Turning to low heat
Use a spoon to stir continuously until the end. Don’t burn the pot, use high heat to collect the juice
Pour warm into the bottle. It turns into a paste when cooled. Can’t pour out
