This is an extremely crispy snack, and it’s so satisfying when paired with sweet jam!

Use ruler and wheel cutter to cut homemade puff pastry

Cut into small squares of 7×7 cm

Fold in half

Use a sharp knife to cut it twice as shown in the figure without cutting off the top

Open and brush with egg wash

Turn the upper left corner diagonally

Flip the upper right corner diagonally and glue it

Brush with egg yolk again and place on a non-stick baking pan

Preheat the upper and lower heat to 180 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for 20 minutes

Let it cool slightly, add homemade grape jam and prepare to eat
