Zanthoxylum bungeanum, toon and garlic paste
Overview
Married to my husband's family, this is the only side dish that I think is delicious in their family. The three ingredients blended together taste so delicious. The first time I ate it, I ate most of the steamed bun with nothing else but the garlic paste. My husband’s family grew these ingredients themselves, so my father-in-law told my husband at that time that the little girl was really easy to feed.

Wash the pepper buds and Chinese toon.

Mash. If you put more garlic, it will become pureed. In order to eat more pepper buds, I put less garlic.
