【Small Pizza Cone】--- A snack for the holidays
Overview
The inspiration for this was after the cone salad, because when babies usually eat pizza, they cannot hold it as firmly as adults and often get it on their clothes, so I followed the lead and came up with this cute cone pizza. Although the initial starting point was because of the baby, after doing it, I realized that this is simply irresistible to everyone. Food always brings surprises and joy to life. Because I was preparing to make pizza when I was making it, I made this cone with black sesame seeds, which is particularly fragrant, and the filling was made from shrimps that my children like. Many factories have begun to have holidays this year, and we are drawing to an end. In addition, the school holidays are about to start, and we will soon have a comfortable and pleasant time. You can stay at home and cook all kinds of delicious food for your family every day, which makes you happy just thinking about it. In front of the TV, on the sofa, there is a TV series, a pair of children, a glass of freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice, and a cute pizza cone, one for each person. After eating, they still say to me: Mom, have another one. ........., a very happy scene, I like the feeling of being busy around my family. The Chinese New Year is almost here, and this mini crispy cone pizza is also great as a festive snack.

Steps

Crack the eggs into a bowl first, beat them up and set aside.

Pour cooking oil into a bowl and add powdered sugar.

Mix well with a whisk.

Add the egg liquid in portions and mix evenly. (Be sure to stir thoroughly each time and add egg liquid)

Sift in the flour.

Cut in irregular directions and mix into a uniform egg batter without any particles.

Add appropriate amount of black sesame seeds and mix well.

Preheat the egg roll mold on low heat for 1 minute on each side.

Pour a spoonful of egg batter onto the top of the mold.

Close the lid and fasten the handle buckle. Grill for about 1 minute on each side.

Open it and check the color. If it's a light golden color like the picture, it won't be crispy enough. Cover it and bake it a little. (Generally, when you first start baking, the mold will be a little slower because the mold is not very hot yet. As the mold gets hotter and hotter, the production speed will be faster, so you have to master it)

When baked to a darker yellow color as shown in the picture, roll it up immediately into a cone. (You need to roll it immediately after opening it, otherwise it will become crispy immediately, and it will fall off when you touch it, and you will not be able to roll it)

Start making pizza: Prepare the ingredients for pizza.

Wash the fresh shrimps, remove the heads, shells and strings, and cut them into small pieces. Cut the ham into small strips and cut the crab sticks into small pieces. Also shred the cheese.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add a little cooking oil and 1 teaspoon of salt, add carrots, corn, peas, celery, crab sticks and shrimp in order and blanch until raw. (Put food that is not easy to cook first, food that is easy to cook last)

Remove and drain the water and set aside.

Put all the ingredients except cheese into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce and a little pizza grass.

Mix gently and serve.

Take a cone and put some filling in it.

Spread a layer of shredded cheese.

Then add repeatedly until filled.

Spread another layer of shredded cheese on the surface and it's ready. (I installed 3 layers of fillings and 3 layers of cheese)

Prepare them one by one and put them in the toast box. (Later, I was afraid that it would be unstable, so I stuffed some bits of baking paper left over from usual baking inside to fix it)

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, middle and lower racks, for about 12 minutes, until all the cheese is completely blended.
