Thaw two slices of Australian sirloin steak. Do not wash them. Use a kitchen towel to wipe off the blood.

Appropriate amount of black pepper sauce. Other black pepper sauces can also be used.

Catch it evenly and pierce it with a fork on both sides to make it easier to absorb the flavor.

Add salt to the water, blanch the broccoli until raw and remove.

Blanch the potato pieces until they are done.

Heat an appropriate amount of olive oil in an electric pan and add the blanched potatoes.

Marinated steak.

Fry until lightly browned, sprinkle with black peppercorns and serve.

Add the marinated steak and fry for 20 seconds.

Flip and fry for another 20 seconds.
