Prepare fresh hawthorn

Wash the hawthorn and remove the stems. It is best to wipe dry with a clean cloth

Add a little water and sugar to the pot (don’t make the heat too high)

Warm the pot and the sugar is melting, stirring constantly

When the sugar is completely melted and everything turns into foam, turn off the heat

After turning off the heat, add the hawthorn to the pot and stir-fry evenly

Continue to stir-fry until cold

The finished product is finished (I took pictures, but the sugar is not very even)
