Take about 200G of soft tofu, (Japanese tofu is best), two salted egg yolks, mashed pumpkin and set aside, cut loofah into small pieces

First stir-fry the loofah, add an appropriate amount of water, add it like tofu, then add egg yolk and pumpkin puree in turn and stir together

After baking for a minute or two, add the water starch and the whole thing will become sticky. Add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste
