Beat the egg yolks with a whisk at medium-high speed until fluffy and white. Lift the whisk head to make a figure 8 and keep it there for a few seconds. I played for almost 10 minutes.

Scrape the egg yolk off the edge of the eggbeater, beat it a few times with a whisk, and add the baby milk powder.

Use the stirring technique to mix evenly. In fact, when I used to make it, I used a whisk to turn it at low speed for a few turns, but it didn't defoam much. Egg yolks are not as easy to defoam as egg whites.

Put it into a piping bag. If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a plastic bag (I tried it, the effect is the same). I cut a hole the size of a cotton swab head in the front of the piping bag. At this time, you can preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees for 10 minutes.

Squeeze the egg yolk paste into a diameter of about 7 mm (you can squeeze it into any shape, I am used to squeezing it into a round shape), put it in the oven, and bake for 20 minutes. You can decide how long to bake according to the temperament of your oven. What I made can be baked in two trays in my own oven. I baked them together, one for the upper middle layer and one for the lower middle layer. Keep an eye on the last few minutes, otherwise it will burn easily.
