Durian cake---flying cake version
Overview
The crispy outer shell of the flying pancake and the soft durian filling are so delicious that you can’t stop eating them. Friends who like durian can try it. Using flying cakes can omit the tedious steps of making thousand-layer meringue, which is convenient and quick.

pieces of flying pancakes are defrosted in advance and 1 piece of durian.

Mash the durian with a spoon.

Sprinkle dry flour to prevent sticking, and roll the flying cake into a thin rectangle.

Divide into four equal portions.

Take a piece of pie crust and put durian filling in the middle.

Fold in half and press the three sides together with a fork. A durian puff pastry is ready.

Make everything and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, spaced apart.

Beat an egg yolk and use a brush to apply a thin layer of egg yolk liquid on the surface of the durian pastry embryo. Place in the upper shelf of a preheated 180-degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until the skin is tender and the surface is golden.
