Simple version of cherry ice cream

It’s been a bit hot in Shanghai these days. My young master wanted to eat something cold, and said he wanted to eat ice cream, but the whipping cream at home is 1L, and it needs to be used in a short time after opening the package. I have been very busy at work recently, and I have to work almost on weekends, so I have no time to make cakes. So I got smart and thought of making a simple version of cherry ice cream. Although the texture is not as delicious as adding whipped cream, due to the fusion of cherries and bananas, it has the refreshing taste of cherries and the sweetness of bananas. The taste is still good.

Peel the banana and cut it into slices as close to the same thickness as possible;

Place the banana slices in an airtight container and freeze for two hours;

Wash and remove the pits from the cherries;

Put the banana slices and cherries into a cooking cup and add a little honey;

Use a food processor to vigorously beat the banana slices and cherries. If the beat is not smooth enough at first, beat a few more times until the puree particles completely disappear;

Pour the cherry banana paste into an airtight container and freeze it in the refrigerator until the texture becomes hard before eating. If it is too hard, take it out and let it cool down a little.
