Coconut milk sago
Overview
I was really free, so I made this coconut milk sago in the afternoon. The fruit is dragon fruit, which dyes the coconut milk red. I like the color. The green sago used for sago tastes good in the finished product.

Rinse the green sago with clean water.

Pour boiling water into the pot and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. After simmering, put it through a mesh sieve and rinse with cold water.

Pour out the coconut milk and take out the pulp.

Wash and take part of the coconut meat.

The coconut meat and coconut milk are pulped together using a breaker.

Filter out the residue and obtain coconut milk.

Place the cooked sago at the bottom of the cup.

Add dragon fruit.
