When baking noodles, in a so-called warm environment, some friends are equipped with a dough making machine, but many friends do not. Especially in winter, we can use the oven, turn on the Bake switch, turn it on for about 20 seconds, and turn it off. It just feels a little warm to the hand. If you really don’t have a hand, use a thermometer, 95~104°F (35~40°C), do not exceed 104°F (40°C), it is too hot. You can use the hot air fan to reduce the temperature. If it exceeds the standard, it will kill the yeast. Another trick is to use the microwave to heat 1 to 2 cups of water and turn it off. In this case, there will be heat emitted by the hot water, and put the dough in it to proof. Try not to open the door during the proofing period to maintain the temperature. Let me reiterate, both the oven and the microwave oven must be turned off before putting the dough in. Don't get me wrong. The author is not a professional and cannot be 100% perfect.
