Lantern Festival Dessert - Apple, Purple Sweet Potato, Rice Cake, Sesame Rice Ball Soup

The Lantern Festival will be in two days, so I’m a little looking forward to it. Because my birthday falls on the Lantern Festival, and last year Valentine’s Day happened to fall on the same day as the Lantern Festival. We ate glutinous rice balls on the Lantern Festival and the whole family was reunited! Douzi also wishes everyone a happy new year and family reunion.

I made this on the Lantern Festival. I steamed it and dipped it in coconut. It felt delicious. It's a bit like Japanese wagashi, but a little smaller~ and very simple. The glutinous rice balls are bought quick-frozen.
