I just came back from a trip to Italy and I still miss the various pizzas with mozzarella cheese. But as a student, it’s not practical to make pie crust by hand at home, so I used slices of soft European buns that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Too much cheese is often added to pizza making, resulting in extremely high calorie intake.
