As a Tianjin Wei native, I eat a set of pancakes and fruit and a bowl of soy milk in the morning, it’s so delicious! Pancake fruit is a Tianjin snack. It consists of mung bean flour pancakes, eggs, and fried dough sticks or thin crispy fruit grates, with sauce, minced green onions, chili sauce (optional), fermented bean curd (optional) as condiments, and has a salty and fragrant taste. Today's pancake pancakes are not limited to pancakes made of mung bean noodles, but also have soybean noodles, black bean noodles, and many other options. However, Tianjin people still adhere to the traditional way of eating.
