This dish is made with Hormel Taiwanese sausage. I cut the sausage in two and made a flower knife. After frying, the flower knife spread out and looked like a flower. I also used red, white, and green vegetables to match it. The meat and vegetables were matched, and the color also responded. It happened to be between two festivals, so I named this dish Fugui Hua Kai, which means that life will get better and better.
