【Hubei】Huangpi smoked dry fried snow peas
I have been in Wuhan for more than ten years, and I like the eating habits of both the north and the south of Wuhan. It has the delicacy of the south and the generosity of the north. Although it is a bit cold in winter and a bit hot in summer, it doesn't matter to people who are used to living here. Many people like to stay here for a long time. Most of the reasons are attracted by the delicious food here. At least I am that one. I like the various bean products here. There are so many varieties, such as Qianzhang, northern tofu, southern tofu, dried white tofu, dried tea, soaked tofu, moldy Qianzhang, stinky tofu, thick and thin. I like the variety of local bean curds sold at the market every Tuesday by the Huangpi guy. The things in it include dried prunes, dried bamboo shoots, cured fish, bacon, cured sausage, dried radish, and various sun-dried small fish. My favorite is the firewood-smoked dried one. It is twice as expensive as the one sold in the market, but it is really delicious. Its texture is harder than that sold in the market, and it is easy to store. Leave it alone and store it in the refrigerator for a week. If you keep it for two days, it will be fine. Ordinary dried seeds will become mucous and become inedible. During the Chinese New Year, the guys will come more frequently, and some people will buy more. It’s great for guests during the New Year or for eating at home. I like bacon greens. Stir-fried peppers and smoked dried peas. This time, it was fried with snow peas. I didn't expect it to be delicious. The crunch of the snow peas and the chewy smoked dried peas were a real pleasure when they collided together. This is another dish that can be used to entertain guests during the New Year. Without further ado, I will buy some stir-fried dishes!
