While steaming the lotus root and seaweed meatloaf in the previous article, I decided to use the effective space in the pressure cooker and put a bowl of rice at the bottom and the meatloaf on top. It killed two birds with one stone, so why not do it. Normally, steamed white rice is the main dish, but today I made a slight change, adding some mixed fruit oats, for a different taste and a different mood.
