Matcha Vanilla Mousse
In the hot summer, a touch of green always brings a cool feeling. The dessert I made today is called Vanilla Matcha Mousse. It is made from matcha powder imported from Japan. It is bright green in color and paired with vanilla mousse made from vanilla pods from Madagascar. In addition to the taste of vanilla, it tastes like a light matcha fragrance. It is sweet but not greasy and melts in the mouth. It also has a beautiful appearance. It is the most satisfying combination I have made recently. I will recommend it to my friends who like it to try it at home.

Carrot Vanilla Cake
This is a cake with a unique taste. The carrot dacquoise cake body is paired with a mousse body made of vanilla/lemon Bavarian cream. The flavors of carrot, almond powder, lemon and vanilla blend in layers, allowing you to experience several sensations colliding in your mouth. It is a feeling that cannot be described in words. The cake body is made of the popular carrot dacquoise cake body. The aroma of almond powder is mixed with the fragrance of carrot, which is a different feeling from chiffon cake and sponge cake.

Orange mousse cake
The end of October and the beginning of November is the season when navel oranges are on the market. Making cakes and breads with navel oranges is something I never tire of. Because I really like the fragrance of oranges, I happened to read a foreign Western pastry magazine some time ago. The recipe above was something I had never seen before, so I couldn’t help but try it for a while. It really tasted much better: the texture was soft and the fragrance was charming.
