I really don’t want to DIY anything because I’m lazy. But food safety is forcing people like me to become chefs! I love grilled fish fillets but hate preservatives, so I had to develop my own. The finished product is crispy, fresh and fragrant. My son loves to eat it, tearing it into various pieces in his hands and chewing it! There are no seasonings yet, no salt. I don’t want him to have too strong taste, and I don’t want him to have three highs in the future, so keep it light and healthy. Later, he made a plate for his dad and praised it as delicious.
