I bought a pack of marinade from a certain store before, but I was too lazy to mix it with some spices (star anise, grass fruit, cinnamon, tangerine peel, bay leaves). My mother often made it for us in the past, and I know how to make it a little bit. However, tonight’s pig trotters were made by me based on my mother’s experience and my own ideas. The result was pretty good, so I decided to post it to share with you. It’s my first time making it, and some of it didn’t work well. I hope you can give me some advice. I’m very grateful.
