Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator and let it soften, cut off the uneven edges, and then cut it in half

Apply egg wash

Preheat the oven to 170° for 8 minutes, put in the puff pastry and bake for 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown (please adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven conditions), take out the baked puff pastry and let it cool for later use

Wash the blueberries, wash the strawberries and cut them in half and set aside

Beat the fresh cream with caster sugar and put it into a piping bag

Take a piece of puff pastry and pipe in the cream (as shown in the picture)

Top with strawberries and blueberries

Add a little cream to the gap to balance it, place the second layer of puff pastry, repeat the first layer, and then add the last layer of puff pastry
