Prepare the ingredients, slice the meat, and cut the vegetables into cubes.

Slices of potatoes are deep-fried, and slices of eggplant are deep-fried.

There was some fat on the meat, so I cut it off. It was a pity to lose it, so I put some oil on it. The eggplant itself is too oily, so don't pour any more oil.

After the fat meat is out of oil, add the lean meat and stir-fry until white.

Then add tomatoes and stir-fry.

When tomatoes release their juice, add eggplant and stir-fry until flavourful.

Add potato slices, fish balls, fungus, and two spoons of bean paste. Add water and cook.

Bring to a boil and serve.
