Mushroom, Rapeseed and Tofu Soup
Overview
Today's mushrooms were given to me by the uncle I often buy tofu from. The mushrooms and tofu are both very good and fresh. I will have to send something back next time. Compared with supermarkets, buying food in the market is full of human touch, which is why I like to buy food in the market.

The ingredients are ready, but I forgot to take a picture of the rapeseed;

Soak the mushrooms for 10 minutes and clean them;

Cut the tofu into small pieces;

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, and when the water boils, add the mushrooms;

Add tofu and cook until it boils again;

Add the rapeseed and add a little chicken essence to increase the flavor;

Add appropriate amount of refined salt;

Finally add a few drops of incense and it’s ready;
