To make yogurt, you need to use pure milk. What I made was 1 liter (4 packs). Newbies are advised to make 500 ml (2 packs) to try it out first.

This is bacterial powder, which requires a small packet (1 gram). The bacterial powder needs to be stored in the refrigerator, preferably refrigerated. No matter how many milliliters of yogurt you make, you can pour in the entire packet of bacterial powder. This doesn’t matter.

You need to add sugar to make yogurt to make it delicious, otherwise it will be so sour that your teeth will fall off. You can add the appropriate amount according to your preference.

The key is to wash the container first, with no water or oil in it. Pour in half a pack of milk first.

Then add appropriate amount of sugar.

Pick up the container and shake the sugar. Pour in the remaining half pack of milk.

Spread a small packet of mushroom powder (1g)

Pour in the remaining three packets of milk.

Close the lid.

Place in yogurt maker. Turn on the power and let the yogurt stand for 8 hours before it is ready. It doesn't matter if it takes 8-10 hours, probably around 8 hours will be fine. I usually make it at night and bake it in the morning, which is very convenient.

The yogurt is hot when it comes out of the oven. You can taste it first to see if it is sweet enough. If it is not sweet enough, you can sprinkle some sugar on it and it will melt quickly. Cool and store in the refrigerator to keep fresh. The first time you take it out to eat, you can stir everything evenly.
