Snowflake Purple Sweet Potato Balls
Overview
I have used pumpkin to make dumplings before, but instead of calling them pumpkin dumplings, I call them mochi. This time, the method is similar. Anyway, it is just a ball of glutinous rice flour, rolled in coconut milk, pressed into slices, stuffed with some stuffing, and rolled up to make a donkey. If it rolls around, if it is placed flat on a plate, it will be a rice cake... Anyway, that's what it is, but I don't want to call it mochi now, I have a new name, Snowflake Purple Sweet Potato Maranzi, and I think it's quite rapeseed :)

It’s all done. You can put it in the refrigerator to chill before eating, but the time shouldn’t be too long or it won’t become hard
