Mix ingredients A → knead into a smooth dough.

Let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Weigh and divide into about 50g/piece→knead into balls→let it rest for 15 minutes.

Take 1 small piece of dough → knead it into a strip of about 40cm.

Take 1 hot dog sausage → wrap the dough 4 to 5 times in a long strip.

Pinch both ends of the dough strip tightly with adjacent dough circles.

Place a moist steaming cloth in the steamer → place the sausage rolls → cover.

Place in a warm place → secondary fermentation → until the dough doubles in volume.

Boil water in a pot → Place the steamer on top → Steam over high heat for 15~18 minutes → Remove from the fire and simmer for 3 minutes before opening the lid.
