The rice porridge is cooked.

Chop the lean meat into pieces, add light soy sauce and peanut oil and marinate for ten minutes. Wash and drain the lettuce and cut into small pieces.

Preheat the pan, pour oil and add shredded ginger.

Add minced meat and fry until cooked.

Add the fried minced meat to the rice porridge.
