Brown sugar custard pudding
Overview
This pudding does not use white sugar or rock sugar, but brown sugar. It is the first time I try to use brown sugar to make pudding. The taste is really different from white sugar. The taste of brown sugar gives the pudding a unique flavor, and the color of the surface looks like chocolate. I tried it for the first time and it was very successful. I will share it with you. Friends who like pudding may wish to try this pudding.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the raw materials. I used Cordyceps eggs, which are firewood eggs. The yolks of these eggs are relatively large, so I just used 4 eggs. If you use ordinary eggs, you can use three eggs and one yolk
-
First mix the milk and brown sugar
-
Boil until the brown sugar is completely melted, then let cool to about 60 degrees
-
Beat eggs
-
Pour into the milk. Because the milk is warm, stir while pouring to prevent the eggs from coagulating
-
Stir thoroughly
-
Sieve to obtain a fine pudding liquid
-
Pour it into the container, and it is best to have the same depth to ensure that it is baked together when baking.
-
After preheating the oven to 150 degrees, pour warm water into the baking pan, use the water bath method, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
-
The baked pudding was taken away and a cup was eaten before I even took a photo.
