Overview
Sautéed fish is a famous traditional flavor in Henan cuisine. The carp is cooked with sweet noodle sauce, and the fish is simmered with fried sweet noodle sauce, making the dish soy-flavored and fresh.

One carp, cut open and clean, then cut the surface into tiles with a knife

Add shredded onion, ginger and rice wine, knead evenly and marinate for 5-10 minutes.
