Crush the ginger in a blender

Use scissors to cut the longan meat into pieces

Remove seeds from Hami jujube and cut into pieces

Wash the wolfberry and press dry

All materials are ready~

Put it into the stew pot and stir well

Pour in old brown sugar

After 3 hours, I will add another bowl of freshly squeezed ginger juice (I like a spicier taste)

Stew for 8 hours

Let cool and then store in glass jars~
