Wash and cut fresh beans into cubes and set aside. Appropriate amount of rice, washed and set aside. Chop green onion and set aside.

After the pan is heated, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, add green beans and stir-fry.

Add water to the beans and salt. Spread the rice flat on top of the beans. Do not continue to stir-fry. The water covers about one finger of the rice. Cover and simmer over low heat.

About twenty minutes. When the water dries up, the rice is cooked. Mix well with a spoon.

Remove from the pan.
