Rinse pork suet with hot water

Cut suet into small pieces

Pour suet into the pot and add half a bowl of water. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil. Flip in the middle to avoid sticking to the pan. Cook until oil starts to come out, then lower the heat to minimum

During the cooking process, oil will continue to come out, stir it properly

During the cooking process, drain out the oil

Strain through a strainer and put into a container that is safe from scalding

When the suet starts to turn yellow and slightly burnt, it will basically stop producing oil. Turn off the heat

When the liquid lard is slightly cool, pour it into a sealed jar. The daisy preparation is a plastic jar. You cannot put the lard out of the pot directly into it, so pour it in when it is slightly cool. Do not pour in any dregs that have settled at the bottom. Freezing point lard is white and very beautiful. It is a good recipe for making snacks and cooking
