  1. Slice the potatoes and rinse them with running water to remove the starch.

  2. Cut green pepper into small pieces.

  3. Heat a little oil in a pan, add pork belly slices and stir-fry over low heat until the oil is released and turns slightly yellow.

  4. Add minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Add the potato slices and stir-fry over low heat for three to four minutes until the potatoes are translucent.

  6. Add salt and a spoonful of light soy sauce and continue stir-frying.

  7. Add green pepper cubes and stir-fry until raw, add a little chicken essence and remove from the pan.
