Set aside peach gum.

Soaked peach gum. (Soak in cold water for two hours)

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, pour in peach gum, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for half an hour, then reduce to low heat. When the water stops boiling, add two eggs.

Cover and simmer over low heat for ten minutes.

Serve in bowls.
