1. 1 Frozen passion fruit. If you buy passion fruit and you can’t use it up for a while, just put it whole in the freezer of the refrigerator and defrost it when needed.

   

2. 2 When the skin of the thawed passion fruit is soft, cut it open, scoop out the pulp and put it in a cup.

   

3. 3 Pour in cold boiled water to brew and season with honey.
