Use a food processor to mash the sago, add some water and knead until it is not sticky to your hands.

Peel and slice the purple sweet potatoes, steam them, then add milk (you can pour the amount of milk yourself!)

Then use a rolling pin to roll out the prepared sago into a long strip. You can put an appropriate amount of purple sweet potato in the middle, and then roll it up

Cut it into sections and put it on a plate. Steam for 15 minutes over medium heat

Just cut it into sections like this, you can cut it as long or short as you like
