How to cook Strawberry Jam at home

Wash strawberries.
Cut off the stems and place in the bread machine bucket.
Add sugar.
Mash with a rolling pin and the resulting jam will have a grainy texture.
Put the bread machine bucket into the bread machine and start the jam function.
Once the program is over, simmer in the bread machine for about half an hour and take it out.
Pour the prepared jam into an airtight jar, cover it while it's hot and store it in the refrigerator for consumption within a short period of time.
