Edible hawthorn flowers
Overview
I recently bought a lot of hawthorns and made hawthorn rolls, cyclamen flowers, hawthorn fillings, and now I have made hawthorn flowers with beautiful colors, uniform thickness, and hawthorn rolls. Eating them after meals helps digestion.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the hawthorn repeatedly, boil it in a pot for 3 to 5 minutes, let it cool, then easily remove the stems and bottom, and then remove the hawthorn core. Put the hawthorn into a food processor, add an appropriate amount of water and blend into a puree.
-
Pass the hawthorn puree through a fine sieve, then put it into the pot and stir continuously. Add an appropriate amount of sugar and the juice of 1 lemon and continue stirring.
-
The water content is getting less and less, and it is more viscous. The scraper is used to extract the slag mud until it becomes chamfered and drips.
-
Let the hawthorn mud cool and then use this scraper to smear it on the back table (my table top is made of stainless steel) and let it sit for a day.
-
The thickness of the hawthorn peel is very uniform and cut into long sheets.
-
Then cut it to the required size, and the color will be more beautiful when taking photos in bright areas.
-
Double.
-
Cut into tooth shape.
-
Then roll it up and fix the bottom with a toothpick, and a beautiful red and edible little red flower will appear in front of you.
-
I made two hawthorns, which can be enjoyed and eaten. Three hawthorns can be eaten as afternoon tea!
-
I also made hawthorn roll fruit peel (no added coloring), you can eat it with confidence.
