Scrape the pumpkin clean with a spoon

Cut into even slices, put in cold water and cook for three minutes (I cut it about as thick as the head of a chopstick), take it out and set aside

Steam the salted egg yolks in water for ten minutes, let cool, and chop into small pieces. If you like it more fragrant, you can add a few more egg yolks. I used three.
