Super simple---purple sweet potato filling
Overview
When I came home from get off work and went shopping, the vegetable seller kept recommending the newly arrived purple sweet potatoes to me. I have always liked the bright color of purple sweet potatoes. I usually like to use them to cook porridge. So I bought some and used them to make purple sweet potato fillings at home. It’s considered mooncake filling for the Mid-Autumn Festival, so do your homework in advance.

Wash and peel purple sweet potatoes

Cut purple sweet potato into pieces and steam for 20 minutes
