Homemade simple dried cowpeas
Overview
My friend gave me a lot of home-grown, pollution-free cowpeas, but I couldn’t eat them anymore, and the kimchi jar was full. The leftovers were used to make some dried cowpeas for easy storage.

Wash the raw materials

Bring to a boil in a large pot, put the cowpeas in the water, boil the water again and take it out for two to three minutes

Put it in cold water to cool down

Drain

There were a lot of cabbage bugs coming out when cooking. It’s a pollution-free plant that has not been treated with pesticides

Hang them one by one on a clothes drying rack

The summer sun dries up in two days

Put it into a sealed bag and store it. It is delicious when stewed or stir-fried
