Grandma likes to eat radishes. But radish is always cool. No creativity. Today I had a sudden idea to create something of my own~

Wash the radishes. Cut into slices with a paring knife. That’s it, hoho~

Put it in a container and sprinkle with a spoonful of salt. Use your hands to rub out the salt water. Pour out the salt water used for rubbing~

Add light soy sauce and knead. I did add two drops of red wine. If you don’t have red wine, you can omit it.
