Sweet and delicious strawberry jam
Overview
Just imagine lying on a rickety little chair on the balcony with the sun falling on your face. Have a cup of afternoon tea made with sweet strawberry jam on the side or put a layer of strawberry jam on soft toast. The faint strawberry flavor is really a great food temptation.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Select fresh strawberries that are small and untouched, rinse them, drain them, remove the stems, and put them in a basin.
-
Sprinkle with granulated sugar, add lemon juice, then stir gently to prevent breaking the strawberries, wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to soak overnight.
-
Take out the strawberries and pour them into an enamel pot, cook over high heat and stir constantly. Add unsalted butter during the cooking process.
-
After cooking for about 15 minutes, you will see a thick strawberry jam with strawberry bits inside (you can cook it for a little longer if you want finer strawberry bits).
-
Boil the divided bottles in boiling water in advance, and then pour them into bottles after drying.
-
Pour the cooked strawberry jam into separate bottles.
-
Screw on the lid and the strawberry jam is ready to be packaged. It can be stored in the refrigerator~
