Roasted chestnuts with sugar
Overview
Today I went out to play with my neighbors. I fried some chestnuts and shared them with everyone. I was in a hurry to go out and couldn't even take a photo, so I just left one in the pot. The chestnuts are sweet and delicious, and they are quite popular. I'm quite happy😄

Clean the chestnuts.

Use a knife to make a cross cut on the chestnut's arched back.

Put the chopped chestnuts into the pot and add water to level with the chestnuts.

Add a spoonful of oil and a spoonful of sugar and cook for about 20 minutes.

Boil the water and stir-fry over low heat for a while. The chestnuts will all split open, making it easy to peel and taste very sweet.
