Peel and wash the red sweet potatoes.

Cut off the corners on both sides of the dough and cut it into long strips of similar size.

Pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil into a non-stick frying pan, heat it for 8 minutes, and add the chopped sweet potatoes.

Fry the sweet potatoes until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a sieve to remove excess oil.

Pour half a bowl of water into the wok, pour in 200 grams of granulated sugar, bring to a boil over low heat, then turn to low heat and stir-fry until the small bubbles turn into large bubbles and the syrup becomes thick.

Pour in the drained sweet potatoes and stir-fry until all the sweet potatoes are coated with syrup. Turn off the heat and stir-fry until the syrup slowly turns into icing sugar and all sticks to the sweet potatoes. In order to make the syrup solidify faster, use a fan to dry it.
