Overview
I really miss the crispy texture of the white-faced pot helmets. Now, I have purchased a comprehensive shabu-shabu electric pancake. I just want to use it to make white noodle pot helmets.

Put the yeast into the flour.

Add water and stir with chopsticks until fluffy.

Knead with your hands into a smooth dough.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Use a scraper to take out the dough, roll it into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Use a rolling pin to roll into a round cake shape.

Put in the electric baking pan, turn on the switch of the upper cover, and heat up and down.

Grill both sides until golden brown (Picture 1).

Bake both sides until golden brown (Picture 2).

Bake until the surface color deepens and a "knock-knock" sound can be heard when tapping the surface with your fingers. The white flour pot helmet is baked.
