Dry fried tofu
Overview
[Mima’s Private Kitchen] Super simple dry-fried tofu. It’s a magical tool in the kitchen. I have to say, this air fryer is so convenient. This tofu is supposed to be fried, but after thinking about it, I find it troublesome. I pour a pot of oil, and after frying, I have to take out the oil and leave it alone. It takes many days to fry the vegetables before I finish them. I feel unsatisfactory. When I turned around, I saw the air fryer. Come on, let's use this today and see how it works. As a result, I summed it up. In the future, there is no need to fry tofu dishes. It is very convenient to use this fryer. It does not use much oil and the effect is not bad. Frying first and then burning can also save fuel. It is excellent!

Steps
-
Soak the tofu in salt water and drain off the water.
-
Use absorbent paper to absorb the water.
-
Cut the tofu into pieces. If it is large pieces of tofu, it is recommended to cut it first and then blanch it.
-
Place in a large bowl, add salt soy sauce and cooking oil and mix well.
-
Place the tofu in the frying basket, preheat the fryer to 180 degrees for 5 minutes, and set the timer for 10 minutes after placing the tofu. Don't rush to open the pot after the program is over. It's good to use the remaining heat to keep it warm.
