Bitter melon and pork ribs soup
Overview
Summer is coming, and bitter melon is indispensable in summer, so I won’t talk about its functions. Personally, I feel that putting bitter gourd and pork ribs together in a pressure cooker is not as delicious as cooking them like this, but everyone has their own taste, so if you like it, try it.

Steps
-
Wash the ribs and put them in the pressure cooker, add more water, turn up the heat and cook until you hear the sound of the pressure cooker, then turn down the heat and cook for 10 minutes. This way the pork ribs taste very tender and not hard to chew.
-
Divide the bitter melon into two halves in the middle, remove the seeds, do not cut into small strips, cut into triangular pieces diagonally. Also cut the onions into small pieces.
-
Add a little bit of oil to the pot. Don't add too much oil, otherwise the soup will be very oily after cooking. Just add a little bit to wipe the bottom of the pot. Turn on medium heat and fry the bitter melon, stirring constantly until the surface of the bitter melon changes color.
-
Pour in the pork ribs and soup and cook for ten minutes until the bitter melon is translucent and can be easily cut with a spatula.
-
Finally, sprinkle with salt and green onions, and you can eat it.
