Passionate Mashed Potatoes
Overview
There are many ways to eat potatoes, and mashed potatoes have always been my favorite way to eat them. I don’t know if it is influenced by KFC. O(∩_∩)O~~, as long as I buy potatoes at home, I love to make mashed potatoes in my free time. Although the method is simple, and although it is not a rare thing, the satisfaction of eating it after making it has always been my motivation to make mashed potatoes.

Steps
-
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into small pieces, steam them in a pot and set aside.
-
Steamed potatoes, add salt and chicken essence and mash them into mashed potatoes.
-
Use a mold for mashed potatoes, shape it, and place on a plate for later use. I originally made a heart-shaped one and it was eaten by someone. Then change it to a cylindrical shape...mix minced meat, diced cucumber, diced carrot, diced mushroom, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sesame oil and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, put the minced meat and vegetables into the pot and stir-fry until cooked, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Thicken the thick gravy. Add salt and chicken essence and pour it over the mashed potatoes. If you like a richer color, add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce.
